Dov Shenkman

Dov Shenkman is an Operating Advisor with Cambridge Capital. Dov is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in global supply chain and operations leadership across various industries, including healthcare, retail, automotive, and technology.

Throughout his career, Shenkman has been recognized for his innovative and resourceful leadership, particularly in developing and executing turnaround strategies that yield high-impact results in manufacturing, retail, service, and distribution-oriented businesses with a global focus.

Before joining Cambridge Capital, Dov held several key leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Medtronic, overseeing end-to-end supply chain strategy and performance, including planning, distribution, logistics, and trade operations; and Group Vice President for Supply Chain Operations, Inventory, and Transportation at Walgreens. Dov is currently CEO and Founding Member of Atid Group LLC, a strategic advisory group helping companies unlock growth and profitability through operational transformation.

Dov serves on several advisory boards including FourKites, Algo, CB4, RelationalAI, 1TCC, and Amphorica, and previously served on the U.S. Department of Commerce Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness during two administrations. He holds an MBA in Operations and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
