
Jennifer Alfaro brings more than three decades of distinguished experience in strategic communications, operations management, business development, and event leadership to her role as Director of Operations at Cambridge Capital. A valued member of the firm since its founding in 2010, she has played an integral role in shaping and advancing the organization's operational excellence, overseeing day-to-day functions with precision while also developing and executing high-impact communications strategies that strengthen the Cambridge Capital brand and support its continued growth.
Jennifer also serves as Conference Director for the BGSA Supply Chain Conference, co-hosted by Cambridge Capital, where she is responsible for curating an exceptional roster of industry-leading speakers and securing influential sponsors. Through this work, she helps elevate the profile of both the conference and Cambridge Capital, further reinforcing the firm's prominence and thought leadership within the global supply chain sector.
Before joining Cambridge Capital, Jennifer held senior roles in business development, marketing, and public relations. As Vice President of Communication at Intellivision Inc., she led business development and marketing initiatives, contributing to the company's outreach and strategic positioning. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Public/Tenant Relations at Blue Lake Management, where she was instrumental in the successful repositioning of the former IBM complex in Boca Raton, Florida. The transformation of the 1.8 million-square-foot property into a state-of-the-art commercial business park not only revitalized a landmark site but also contributed to broader economic development and job creation throughout Palm Beach County.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Fordham University.
