Lauren Fernstrom

Lauren Fernstrom is Director of Growth at Cambridge Capital, where she focuses on originating investment opportunities, strategic portfolio partnerships, and value creation.

Over the course of her career, Lauren has been a trusted operator who translates ideas into execution, ultimately driving growth, optimizing operations, and positioning businesses for scale and exit. She has executed initiatives across complex, multi-entity environments, with experience spanning over $1B in aggregate M&A and strategic transactions.

Lauren has played a pivotal role within companies that have achieved significant outcomes, including exits, engagements, or transactions involving LVMH, Block, Inc., Bacardi USA, Amazon, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Whole Foods Market, Anheuser-Busch InBev, PepsiCo, and PayPal.

She has also led operational execution and supply chain integration across major sports, live events, hospitality, and F&B ecosystems, including NFL, NBA, and MLB franchises and venues, The Olympics, Live Nation Entertainment, Aramark, and Compass Group.

Through her work with MHW Ltd., which specializes in import/export/distribution logistics, compliance, and route-to-market execution for beverage brands scaling in complex regulatory environments, Lauren brings additional expertise in regulated supply chains to Cambridge Capital.

Lauren holds an MBA with honors from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, with concentrations in advanced finance, corporate strategy, and statistical analysis & inference, and earned her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University. She also holds a Private Equity Certification from the Wharton School, focused on financial and valuation modeling.
